We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our Client Success team to support the client lifecycle, including collaboration on key B2C marketing projects that will facilitate our ability to meet growth objectives. The ideal candidate possesses experiences with B2C marketing campaigns including but not limited to executing email, direct mail, and SMS campaigns; social media knowledge; and data analytics. Though we’re most interested in someone who is preternaturally curious, ambitious, and excited to be a contributor on a growing team. As a key member of the Client Success team, you will play an integral role in supporting our clients and overall 3x growth through B2C marketing strategy, execution, and driving client success.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • B2C Marketing execution: Manage multi-channel member marketing campaigns, including asset creation and execution. Ensure 100% of scheduled print and digital marketing activities are executed without errors. Includes (but not limited to) email, print, and social media. 
  • B2C Marketing experimentation: Working with Growth and Client Success, identify and conduct marketing tests for the clients you support (includes A/B & multivariate tests). 
  • B2C Marketing strategy: Track campaign performance and update dashboards. In conjunction with Growth and Client Success, analyze and interpret content and campaign performance to shape future best-practice strategy. 
  • Client success: Support the client lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, including (but not limited to) implementation, reporting, hosting webinars, developing meeting materials, drafting emails, and leading client meetings/calls.

  • Project management: Able to successfully manage and execute on a variety of projects, including assisting with projects belonging to other team members and teams.
  • Analytical (Data-driven): Able to analyze various enrollment and utilization reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients and the team
  • Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands.
