About Your Role:


This is a strategic role on the Customer Advocacy team tasked with building out programs and processes pre and post sale that will optimize the sales cycle, customer experience, drive product adoption, customer retention and loyalty.

Who You Are:

  • Customer-oriented with a focus on quality! You leave no stone unturned. 
  • Planning and coordination of programs across many different teams 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with customers
  • Comfortable with presenting to customers, big and small, both in-person and virtually 
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks. 

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Manage the Advocate Community with weekly posts and engaging content. Helping to create a thriving community by assisting with events, seeding discussion topics, and managing overall engagement.
  • Support Sendoso thought leadership by developing strong advocates among the customer base.
  • Develop rapport with customers, engaging them and delighting them regularly to create reference relationships. 
  • Gather information regarding product release announcements for monthly newsletter, inspiration series. 
  • Drive customer retention with insightful educational content that engage customers throughout the advocate journey.
  • Demonstrate appreciation for customers with the development and execution of the customer gifting programs. 
  • Assist in the case study process by identifying accounts/ customers that are having success with Sendoso while working collaboratively with marketing to help gather and assimilate the content and results from the customer .
  • Help celebrate the accomplishments of our customers and partners through an award program showcasing through case studies and blogs. 
  • Manage customer references list that align to sales, product growth, and key marketing initiatives. 
  • Assist with quarterly Customer Advisory Boards for Product Team.
  • Assist with programs to grow reviews on review sites to promote awards in leadership categories. 

Experience:

  • 2+ years of Sales/Customer Success/Marketing experience in a SaaS Environment. 
  • Must have worked for a SaaS company, ideally in a start-up environment. 
  • Experience assisting in the development of programs
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to move fast and be responsive to changing business needs.
  • Confident in presenting metrics to an audience 
  • Strong writing, presentation creation, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales Development is a plus
  • Organized self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiar with Salesforce 
  • Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university.
