We are looking for a customer advocate who can help guide our most strategic customer relationships as well as bring our customer voices into Aurora. As a Strategic CSM you will help lead the charge to manage our customer’s growth and outcomes and to guide the broader account team to engage and interact with the customer portfolio. You will help realize Aurora's vision by guiding the world's largest solar companies to perform at greater heights.

What you'll do:

  • Build lasting customer relationships and help deliver proven value to customers
  • Lead the growth and development of your account portfolio from the lens of the customer and Aurora Solar
  • Develop relationships within key stakeholders and operational staff through regular engagements including on-site visits and engagements
  • Become an expert in the solar industry and Aurora’s vision for it
  • Become a reliable advisor and engage in bringing the voice of our customers back to Aurora
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews and executive business briefings with key stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities and engage the sales team where appropriate
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption and referenceability

What we value:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 years experience in Customer Success or a related field
  • B2B account management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise is Enterprise and Strategic customer relationship management
  • Passion for SaaS offerings and delivering value to our customers through desired outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A passion for sustainability, green tech, and renewable energy

Our office is midway between Union Square and the Financial District. We're 2 blocks from public transportation and walking distance to historical Chinatown and North Beach. Located on the 5th floor, our space is equipped with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and exposed brick.
