We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Reporting team. As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Insurance Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, External Consultants and Statistical Agents with the ultimate goal of building compliant and trustworthy data reporting systems. The ideal candidate has experience navigating the complex reporting requirements of Workers’ Compensation (WC) insurance. We are looking for someone who is excited to dive in and take the lead on all WC reporting such as WCPOLs and WCSTAT.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Refine and execute the reporting processes for WC reports relating to written premiums, financial transactions, claims, and other accounting data
  • Address and track all WC incoming data requests
  • Effectively communicate reporting compliance requirements and manage reporting deadlines
  • Lead the reporting approval process for WCPOLs as we expand into new states 
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives


What We Need:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation Reporting experience (WCPOLs, WCSTAT)
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL coding, and Tableau required
  • Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with engineers and key stakeholders

Our headquarter office is located in the College Terrace neighborhood in the city of Palo Alto, California and near all the local eateries on California Ave. We also have offices in Rochester, NY and Boston, MA.
