We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team to build up the financial foundation for a rapidly advancing tech unicorn. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a unique opportunity to be a part of the growing FP&A function and collaborate with an unstoppable team. This is a highly visible role with the ability to directly impact key business decisions and financial outlook. What You’ll Do: 

  • Support and maintain company financial models for actual and forecast activities
  • Support annual planning process and quarterly board meeting material preparation
  • Support monthly financial variance analysis and track key financial metrics
  • Build financial models, manage data and company dashboard in Adaptive Insight 
  • Support the long-range and annual planning process including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Partner cross functionally with various departments to deliver accurate financial forecasting including analysis and recommendations
  • Support the accounting team in monthly/quarterly close processes 
  • Support M&A activities, due diligence, fundraising and company financial strategic initiatives


What We Need: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of finance experience with a track record of supporting financial forecasts; ideally at a growth stage SaaS startup or tech company (background in investment banking a plus) 
  • Ability to break down and solve complex problems with strong business acumen & data driven techniques 
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and reporting metrics
  • BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or a quantitative discipline 
  • High degree of reliability and integrity
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with good written and verbal communication skills 


Unstoppable Qualities: 

  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) a bonus
  • Experience with Adaptive planning and modeling tools a bonus

Our headquarter office is located in the College Terrace neighborhood in the city of Palo Alto, California and near all the local eateries on California Ave. We also have offices in Rochester, NY and Boston, MA.
