We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to join our Service Engineering team. Service Engineering is a sustaining team troubleshooting and fixing complex issues in RingCentral production system. In this role you will support Quote to Cash workflows in SFDC enabling RingCentral and Partner sales teams to efficiently quote, order and provision RingCentral services.
Provide technical support for Salesforce platform and existing custom Quoting and Ordering production functionality
Troubleshoot issues in production, document them, propose solutions
Fix production bugs and issues
Participate in overall product and system architecture development
Communicate with business users as well as with the onshore and offshore development teams
Experience with Salesforce development using Apex, VF, LWC
Knowledge of Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS and
Knowledge of Angular, React
Great troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of TypeScript
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with Heroku cloud platform
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
