We’re currently looking for a financial analyst to join our corporate FP&A team, this person will be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. This role focuses on Management Reporting, Planning, and Decision Support and Controls. You will be working cross-functionally to report accurate actuals, forecast variances to the budget; contribute to Budgeting and strategic/financial planning of relevant KPI’s; and champion process optimization and project management.
Work independently and in conjunction with our FP&A teams
Own process and ensure that the team is aligned with standard reporting templates
Assist FP&A team in rolling up forecasts both monthly and quarterly
Working with other members of the FP&A team to provide management reports
Learn new reporting technologies and tools
To succeed in this role you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and close attention to detail
2 to 5 years of financial analyst experience or similar
Knowledge of software and spreadsheet applications
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with strong presentation and organization skills
Passion for teamwork and collaboration
Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
Understanding of SaaS business model and cloud operations
Understanding of ERP systems – NetSuite and Anaplan preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Project management skills
