We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join the team to build up and drive the financial strategy for a rapidly advancing tech unicorn. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, this is a unique opportunity to be a part of the strategic finance function and collaborate with an unstoppable team. This is a highly visible role with the ability to directly impact key business decisions and financial outlook. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Spearhead and drive various strategic finance activities, including capital markets, fundraising, investor relations, financial due diligence, M&A other financial strategic initiatives for the company
• Assist with formulating the company’s long-term balance sheet strategy, including reinsurance, statutory capital requirements, and evaluation of debt and equity capital needs
• Partner cross functionally with various departments to leverage data to evaluate KPIs and make recommendations on key business decisions
• Prepare Board materials and presentations to the executive staff
• Support the long-range and annual planning process including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections

What We Need: 

• Minimum 2-3 years of finance experience in a fast pace environment with a track record of success (background in investment banking a plus) 
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems with strong business acumen & data driven techniques 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities 
• High degree of reliability and integrity
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with good written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or a quantitative discipline
