Job Description
The People Team at Wish is looking for a consultative and strategic compensation manager to lead our compensation programs. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and leadership team to strategize, design, and advise on total compensation philosophy and practices. We are looking for someone with an innovative mindset, who is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proactive. Must be able to manage complexity and influence others with strong data and understanding of the company vision.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with HRBP, Recruiting, and management team to advise on job leveling, compensation planning, and related comp issues
Conduct market and internal assessments to maintain a competitive compensation program
Design and manage compensation structures that align with global job architecture
Manage semi-annual compensation reviews, including planning, analysis, and auditing
Ensure data accuracy and seamless systems integration
Oversee management of job leveling, salary surveys, and market analysis in order to make comprehensive recommendations
Design and drive compensation trainings for all people managers and Recruiting
Partner with stock admin on equity strategy, including burn rate, overhang and dilution analyses
Partner with VPHR and external advisors on executive compensation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, finance or a related field
8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation design and management
Highly collaborative and able to build trust and influence others with ease
Innovative and flexible mindset that is highly adaptable
Experience consulting with executive team and outside advisors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong critical thinking skills and a high attention to detail. Ability to catch what others overlook
Highly focused with a sense of urgency
Exceptionally analytical with advanced Excel skills
Certified Compensation Professional or other relevant certification
Stock Administration experience or strong working knowledge of equity plans
Experience in pre-IPO and post-IPO environments
Proficiency with Workday
