You will:
- Build a strong pipeline of diverse talent through various channels
- Partner with Hiring Managers to create, implement, and drive hiring strategies for building top tier teams and organizations
- Be a subject matter expert in the business verticals you support
- Create and use recruiting data and reports to continuously measure, evaluate, and improve our talent pipelines and processes
- Coach new and experienced hiring managers- workforce planning, attracting great talent, and closing candidates
- Promote our company and the Bond DNA
You have:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (preferably in a start-up environment)
- Experience hiring for GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent boolean search string building abilities
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools
- Excellent priority setting and time management skills
- Experience working with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
You also likely have:
- Experience with creative sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience creating job descriptions and interview plans
