Reddit is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help influence and market the ads interface experience we provide advertisers. This role will work alongside Reddit’s advertising product management team to create impactful new features for advertisers that will enable the growth of active advertisers and increase advertiser retention by enabling them to successfully create, manage and assess campaigns. This person will be responsible for inbound and go-to-market functions, working closely with product, sales, marketing and communications to represent customer needs internally and grow adoption externally. This person should have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and platforms advertisers use to reach their target audience. 

We are looking for a problem solver with a proven track record of cultivating strong cross-functional relationships, shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies that deliver business results.

This role is flexible to be remote within the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and size product gaps or market opportunities to influence the advertising product roadmap
• Conduct competitive analysis and customer feedback sessions to advocate for new product features that uplevel the experience we provide our advertisers 
• Develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market plans, in collaboration with product management, PR, and sales
• Collaborate with sales to drive and track adoption and customer performance of new products

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital advertising and ads interfaces 
• Strong technical skills along with the ability to develop clear positioning that resonates with advertisers by highlighting solutions 
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization 
• Ability to organize and influence large groups across teams
• 5+ years of experience working on advertising platforms and/or digital advertising
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is: $124,900 - $218,600.
