About the Marketing Content Manager, Enterprise B2B at Headspace Health:

On the heels of our recent merger with Headspace, we are seeking a world-class content marketer to support our Enterprise brands, Headspace for Work and Ginger. This role will report to Headspace Health’s Senior Brand Marketing Manager for our Enterprise business. We’re looking for a strong storyteller to develop B2B  content that increases brand awareness, customer traffic, and customer conversion.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Tune in to buyer needs, craft compelling content to accurately position our brand, and educate our customer base about the benefits of our Headspace Health enterprise brands - Ginger and Headspace for Work. Collaborate across Communications, Creative, Research, Product, and Marketing teams to discover new ways to tell our story, propel our brand narratives, and dimensionalize our thought leadership.
  • Create long and short-form demand generation assets to be used across channels. Content could look like whitepapers, sponsored articles, email and nurture streams, industry reports, research-led narratives, infographics, blogs, website, ad, and social media copy, etc. 
  • Serve as content lead (including strategy, content development, speaker prep/execution) for educational events such as webinars, workshops, and speaking opportunities. 
  • Help oversee persona development and leverage insights across Headspace Health’s Enterprise Team to drive business decisions and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Stay up to date on the messages, engagement models, and tactics that resonate with different audiences, roles, and seniority. Disseminate this knowledge across the broader organization to inspire bigger, more long-term thinking. 
  • Serve as a liaison across content-producing teams to ensure we’re consistent in our corporate and employer narratives.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-driven, incorporating keywords and following best practices.

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 5-7  years of experience, with a primary focus on content marketing strategy and content development. 
  • Possess an editorial mindset that seeks to understand and who naturally communicates across formats. Ideally, you have extensive experience developing content throughout a full marketing funnel. 
  • Has a can-do attitude for developing a strong point of view for the future of our content strategy and how it maps to our marketing campaigns.
  • Has executive presence with a high degree of comfort serving as a coach, consultant, and trusted partner across teams and with senior leadership. 
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas accurately and within brand voice.
  • A writing portfolio demonstrating the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or B2B SaaS marketing, preferred
  • 1-2 years working on or closely with a Demand Generation team, preferred
