We’re looking for an experienced field marketer to be a key contributor on the marketing team as we scale. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute a virtual and in person events strategy targeting prospects and enterprise retail customers to educate, engage and inspire. You’ll oversee, manage and execute virtual and in-person events from ideation through post-event engagement. Your primary objective will be to build awareness of Bolt in the market through experiences, supporting marketing and sales to create pipeline opportunities. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with sales, product, customer marketing, communication and social team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Bolt’s virtual and in-person event strategy to grow brand awareness in the market and deliver against sales goals
  • Manage all aspects of virtual events and physical events including budget, strategy, objectives materials creation, event messaging/marketing, coordinating speakers, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, and logistics
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams
  • Work with Partner marketing and manage all event production and logistics for roadshows for ThinkShop
  • Partner with product marketing and creative teams to develop content aligned to target audiences
  • Work with campaign manager to drive registrations, nurtures and post event communications
  • Research industry events to uncover sponsorship opportunities based on Bolt’s objectives
  • Work closely with and support Customer Marketing team on customer focused events including customer advisory boards

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experiential, field or event marketing 
  • Deep expertise in event planning and sponsorships including budgeting, negotiation, event and travel logistics
  • Experience with strategy, development and execution of GTM and product launch strategies 
  • Advanced understanding of marketing program management tools, processes, and reporting
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with department
  • Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex program, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail
