About this role

In this role, you’ll own delivery of thoughtful and curated experiences as a core contributor to Faire’s global event marketing program. You will be a strategic partner to marketing leadership and owner of end-to-end event management, with a focus on conception, coordination and execution of high quality events for our entrepreneur community.

The ideal candidate for this role is a people person at their core, with a high degree of detail orientation, project management experience, and strong communication skills.

What you’ll do 

  • Plan and execute world class event experiences (virtual and in-person) including sourcing and scheduling speakers, managing event promotion and registration, managing event materials including marketing briefs, event deliverables and run of show documentation.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop field marketing program strategy and event positioning per activation.
  • Drive digital event promotion, management and follow-up, including coordination of promotion, registration and follow-up workflows, as well as sales enablement program.  
  • Offer hands-on support and staffing coordination at all events ensuring event success and seamless operations across touchpoints and stakeholders.
  • Deliver operational excellence across scaled events program, including maintenance of event calendar, management of all vendors and logistics, and clear documentation of post-event wins, learnings and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience leading external events program
  • Ability to manage projects of varying scope simultaneously and successfully
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, comms and GTM teams
  • Effective written and verbal communication; ability to copyright event communications, draft internal and external-facing briefs, and prep executive stakeholders
  • Flexibility to manage complex and fast-changing program elements and prioritize effectively in response
  • Ability to travel 40% and work nights if/when required
