About the Role
Kraken is looking for a Lead Growth Marketing Manager to run Kraken’s paid acquisition efforts, owning execution across all channels.
You will lead a team of paid acquisition managers and own the execution of the entire lifecycle of running paid campaigns. This role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the paid acquisition team, which will include 2-6 paid media managers broken out by regional focus (ex: Americas, EMEA, APAC).
- Manage a multi million dollar annual budget
- Oversee the execution of an international digital marketing strategy for paid marketing campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, and other digital channels - keep this highly organized and visible
- Make the calls on audience sizing, spend allocation, budget optimization, cadence, channel mix and overall prioritization of campaigns
- Optimize spend to produce best possible ROI for the company. Make sure that we are applying the right level of resources and maximizing results
- Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies in order to drive ongoing campaign optimization
- Measure and report key findings from campaigns to help inform short and long-term marketing effort
Requirements
- At least 7+ years experience running Growth marketing campaigns
- At least 3+ years managing a team
- B2C experience is a must
- Experience with running international paid marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices
- Mastery of various attribution tools and systems. Ex: Google Analytics, Branch, etc
- Exceptional presentation and narrative compression skills
- Crypto experience not required
