- Provide thought leadership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of impactful experiments and channel tests.
- Partner with data scientists on optimizing consumer and business targeting, awareness, and conversion campaigns.
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple advertising platform partners and analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive forecasting tool to inform planning, budget allocation, and acquisition channel efficiency recommendations.
- Assist channel managers in setting channel goals around new user acquisition, LTV, revenue, and efficiency.
We’re looking for someone who
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Works cross-functionally with leaders of our Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Insights teams to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Sets short- and long-term goals and possesses a strong internal drive to achieve them.
- Can develop a structured, strategic pipeline for innovation in performance marketing and in relation to other teams’ goals and projects.
