OVERVIEW
Our marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast, and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help drive marketing initiatives at the Enterprise level that support the Business Development teams at Instacart. You’ll work closely with CRM, Paid Marketing, Marketing Analytics to craft and execute joint programs that allow retailers to grow on Instacart. You’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive programs forward, oversee timelines and execution, and instrument measurement to ensure programs are successful.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Own execution around Instacart’s retailer marketing programs with a focus on those that support our enterprise retailers
- Craft strategic marketing plans by using internal data and insights. Gain buy-in from retailers, manage implementation end-to-end and track success against KPIs
- Project manage retailer initiatives by collaborating with Instacart channel leads across CRM, Paid Digital and other channels ensuring timely execution. Be the voice of the retailer and conduct analysis that serves as an input into messaging across various marketing touch points. Share campaign results with retailers through post campaign launch meetings and ongoing quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing analytics to implement dashboards for measuring success across retailer programs. Develop insights on program performance, identify opportunities for improving outcomes and work cross functionally to implement changes
- Work with Brand team to build marketing case studies and one-pagers to educate external stakeholders on programs successes
- Manage relationships across Business Development teams and own marketing’s relationship with our largest retailers
ABOUT YOU
- 6-8 years of experience in a relevant role including partner marketing, channel marketing, shopper marketing, digital marketing or similar
- You understand digital marketing concepts and can articulate them to a broad set of audiences
- You have crisp communication skills and have strong experiences interfacing with senior leaders across the org chart
- You have hands-on experience managing large scale initiatives with tight deadlines
- You excel at managing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and can identify solutions that balance the needs of each
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage through ambiguous situations
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Above all, you’re a team player and love making an impact each day
