Responsibilities:
Develop product positioning that differentiates Freshservice by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces.
Build a profile of the Freshservice buyer across various industries, verticals, and business roles
Content, Campaigns:
Own the Freshservice narrative for all creative content and campaigns
Drive the production and execution of key marketing assets (social media, thought-leadership, product videos, datasheets, solution guides, ebooks, etc.) for all funnel stages by partnering with the industry's leading creative team.
Identify, enable and champion our community of advocates for customer stories, videos and events
Lead the editorial calendar process for the Freshservice PMM team
Events:
Own the marquee Refresh event driving all deliverables for the Freshservice BU
Create a repeatable events-in-a-box kit for the Freshservice story to be told by global teams
Own the events strategy and determine which events and webinars in which to participate and curate the story that best resonates with the IT persona
Social Media:
Create a social media presence using the Freshservice handle to reach our persona
Extend digital campaigns to include social media
Deliver to pipeline goals in partnership with the Segment Marketing team
Stakeholder Management:
Build consensus, alignment and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success
Knowledge and Experience:
5 years of product marketing experience
Strong understanding of the cloud enterprise application space such as IT Service Management or IT Operations Management
Experience working with demand generation teams, sales teams and partners
Can analyze and distill consumer insights in order to make strategic marketing decisions
Enthusiasm and empathy for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people
Proven ability to work well cross-functionally and with customers
Outstanding storytelling capabilities with an ability to craft a written or visual story in a simple, straightforward way
Strong analytical skills
Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and a passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics
Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, influence, and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including product pitch-decks, lead development streams, product videos, or innovative campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Keen eye for detail and proven project management skills
Strong skills in PowerPoint and/ or Google slides
MBA is a plus
