We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to build a strategic vision on how we tell the Gladly story through great content. As our content lead, you will own the creation, curation, and syndication of compelling content that communicates our brand story, increases brand awareness through killer campaigns, educates our audiences, and adds value to our customers. This role will be part of the story team at Gladly (product marketing).

What You Will Own:

  • Create the vision for our content strategy and editorial calendar across all of our existing channels, including website, case studies, email, ads, events, social media, and more.
  • Working with stakeholders across the company to tease out unique stories about our products, company, customers, and industry.
  • Owning content measurement including tracking how content sources and influences pipeline and revenue, and monitoring the performance of created assets on SEO, marketing campaigns, and the user/buyer journey.
  • Keeping up with the top of industry trends and news so that we are at the forefront of our space and can continue to educate ourselves and our customers
  • Ensure all content maintains a high level of quality, features a consistent tone and style, and supports and reinforces key messages for audiences at each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Create go-to-market B2B thought-leadership campaigns that drive MQLs, revenue, brand, and customer targets
  • Oversee the creation of whitepapers, ebooks, and other long-form content with compelling calls-to-action to drive awareness and leads.
  • Oversee and increase blog post creation to attract site visitors and improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop a content measurement plan to inform content strategy and communicate content performance.

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record of creating and managing a content program at least one time before. Not only have you created killer content in your career but have already created and scaled the overall strategy behind the program itself.
  • Natural story teller at heart and strong portfolio of work to back it up!
  • A creative mind that can push us to new levels of thinking about our stories but also have the analytical mind to communicate what's working and not working.

At Gladly we value:
