We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The perfect fit would be the rare find of a right brained/left brained person. In this role, you will help build our brand narrative across key audiences while executing campaign strategies to build Included Health’s brand awareness. The goal of this role is to drive member engagement and cultivate stronger relationships with our members and patients. A unique, robust content strategy will engage, educate and influence patient behaviors to improve health outcomes and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-channel brand and seasonal marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement across channels
  • Work collaboratively with Engagement Marketing Team on the development and implementation of consumer messages for enterprise clients (B2B2C)
  • Develop content strategy for member and patient-facing campaign efforts
  • Own content strategy (long-form and short-form writing, imagery, graphics, video, etc) and distribution on consumer social media channels, blog, and member newsletter to build brand awareness and trust
  • Own monthly consumer content series that supports key business objectives such as driving engagement with our services (navigation, expert medical opinion, primary care, behavioral health, urgent care) as well as targeted audiences in our B2B2C channel
  • Support content development and review for website, paid, app/app store, media, PR efforts, member support and other patient touch points 
  • Manage and maintain a high standard of the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
  • Ability to shift gears and activate quickly while maintaining brand standards during timely events
  • Provide a brand lens to ensure Included Health presence is consistent and effective in market
  • Research trends and opportunities to drive patient engagement, increase brand awareness and build strong brand equity
  • Measure, report and optimize content programs on an ongoing basis

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years in Brand Strategy, Content Marketing, and/or Product Marketing
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; experience working collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Energetic, motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Creative thinker, problem solver and project management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required
