YOUR TEAM
Nuna is looking for a technical writer who enjoys writing for a variety of audiences -- from internal technical documentation to end user guides and marketing material. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can empathize with users both inside and outside the company.
As our technical writer, you will join a team driven by a passion to make healthcare meaningful, affordable and available. You will work cross functionally among many teams to help communicate Nuna’s message as we scale.
YOUR IMPACT
As a technical writer at Nuna, you will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to document our architecture and AWS environment. You will help us scale our engineering teams with onboarding material and comprehensive security, privacy and ethics guidance. You will also work with our customer success teams to ensure our product documentation is polished, current and meets our customers’ needs.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
- Collaborate with engineers to write, edit, and maintain internal technical documentation.
- Work alongside product and customer success teams to document Nuna’s products for our customers.
- Create the templates and framework for easy-to-read documentation.
- Work with Nuna teams to write white papers and collaborate with external Healthcare, Data Science, Security, Trust and Privacy communities.
- Invent new ways to convey complex information to a technical audience.
YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience as a technical writer
- BS/BA degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or similar field
- Experience working with engineering teams during product development
- Experience with Confluence and Jira and familiarity with healthcare is a plus
- Self-directed and curious writer who works well with a variety of technologies and teams
- Excellent organizational and design skills
- Creative problem solving
- Empathy for the user experience
- Clear and crisp communication
