Business Operations & Strategy Associate
About the Role
Business Operations & Strategy leads mission critical, cross functional strategic initiatives in service of driving Chime’s growth and developing and scaling exceptional member experience. We deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute on strategic priorities. On this team, you may dig into winning new market segments, designing new business systems and processes, building and launching new products, improving key member journeys, or unlocking new revenue opportunities. Whatever it is, we work on what will move the needle most for Chime. We are hiring multiple roles on the team. If you like solving hard problems, are analytical, and like to collaborate, we want to hear from you!
For Colorado based roles: In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $105,500 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits (see below). The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Identify new opportunities through designing analyses and research that help Chime continue in its accelerated growth path.
- Develop and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives to create and scale a world-class experience for our members.
- Design and implement business and operational processes that will enable Chime to scale effectively and efficiently.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 4-8 years of experience, including working at a top tier management consulting firm.
- Razor sharp analytical and problem solving skills.
- Derive satisfaction and meaning by digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Flexibility and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
- A low ego and have a knack for partnering with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Communicate in a clear and structured way, both orally and in written form.
- Strong PPT and excel skills.
