Job Description
Role
The Director, Enterprise Entitlement Strategy will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and IT to define and drive our overall Installed Base(IB) & Entitlement Data Management strategy, processes, business capabilities, data quality. Our customers IB & Entitlement data is one of our most valuable data assets and we are on a multi-year journey to significantly transform our end-to-end process and capabilities to drive significant improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
What you get to do in this role:
- You will be the cross-functional business leader defining and executing our IB and Entitlement transformation including operational processes, attribute management, and data governance best practices
- Lead cross-functional consolidation of install base and entitlement data business capabilities, requirements, use cases, and business rules including integrated process effectiveness
- Define and drive appropriate data policies and standards of IB data governance
- Define and facilitate education and training entitlement operational processes and best practices
- Lead data stewards to analyze IB/Entitlement data quality issues and drive appropriate actions with data operations and business process teams
- Define and track metrics to communicate data related business value/outcomes KPIs (compliance, risk, efficiency, cost, revenue, and quality)
- Help unlock significant business value from our IB/Entitlement capabilities and data assets
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 10+ years of experience
- Exceptional communication skills appropriate to all levels of the company
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Experience and deep understanding of Master Data and Hierarchy management principals and best practices is a must
- Experience with IB data including contracts, entitlements, usage and other key IB/Entitlement data components and end-to-end flow
- Ability to understand business processes, integrations, and pain-points to lead the definition of data requirements to meet complex business needs and drive data quality
- Strong analytical skills and data curiosity to analyze data and work directly with business stakeholders to define business rules and processes to drive data quality
- Experience data profiling, identify the root cause of data problems and help drive closed-loop corrective action process
- Ability and experience partnering with IT to define and implement cross-functional data management capabilities and integrated processes
- Possesses and communicates passion and energy for data strategy and quality
- Ability to organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional meetings with executive stakeholders

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
