Renewals Manager
We’re seeking an experienced professional to build our customer renewals and upsells practice. You will be a trusted business partner to the sales, finance and customer success organizations and work to accelerate and increase the on-time renewal rate, upsells, expansions, and uplifts across all customers.

You will be working with our customers (1,000 to 250,000 employees) who have sophisticated procurement teams and work with CIOs and executive buyers throughout the process. You’ll have the opportunity to establish a new motion and function for the company and with success, build this team over time.

What will you do?

The role is responsible for customer renewals, net dollar retention, and customer account growth. This customer measured in the thousands into a world-class customer journey operation. Your responsibilities will include working closely with marketing, product, operations, and sales to iterate our customer touch points - specifically setup, integration & growth.

What do you bring to the table?

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing, revenue responsible role in SaaS and/or B2B technology business; 4+ in a sales role
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) & collaboration skills
  • Own and Scale key business metrics of churn and net dollar retention
  • Experience renewing customers; nice to have SMB experience
  • Lead monthly reviews to discuss renewal forecast, top renewals, at risk accounts
  • Help define the user touch points, customer renewal template & playbook across segments
  • Ability to leverage data to make decisions, and support a strategy for our processes and growth
  • Demonstrate past success working cross-functionally to align Marketing, Product, Operations & Sales to successfully implement change and growth
