The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to reshape healthcare by utilizing your experience in fertility or reproductive health, analytical skillset and expertise within a collaborative environment. This role requires a focused approach in background research to bring awareness and understanding of fertility and reproductive medical practice trends and regulations globally. You will work closely with other Global Medical team members on technologies to implement scalable tools to report global medical practices.
The Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of global medical practices data and regional variations
- Assist in the planning and implementation of solutions that directly influence the medical quality and evidence-based compliance of treatment, interventions and services offered to our members globally
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards
- Keep abreast of evidence-based care and practice trends in fertility care and reproductive health care, globally
Minimal Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in a fertility clinic or fertility regulatory agency
- Experience in and understanding of clinical practice in fertility, guidelines and best practices
- Highly organized and analytical in nature
- Core abilities that are necessary to manage projects start to finish (initiating, designing, planning, executing, auditing and maintenance)
- Proficient working with medical data, distilling down medical information into concise terminology.
- Proficient working with medical spreadsheets, databases and their integration within and across various tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and other Carrot departments to continue to drive Carrot’s medical footprint globally
- Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment
- Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and one other language (Spanish, French, Hindi, German, Japanese, or other)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
