The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Training Specialist who will be responsible for building content and training the Carrot organization. You will participate in researching, scoping, and implementing learning strategies in various formats, owning the production of training assets and materials, and serving as an administrator of our LMS Tool, Lessonly. If you like to create learning and deliver content that contributes to a dynamic and fun environment, you could be the perfect fit.
The Team:
The Enablement team builds solutions that drive efficiency and knowledge within the organization. Engaging and fun may feel out of place for some teams, but not Enablement. Who we are and what we contribute as individuals is as important as what we do as a team and pulling this all together into a single vision for Learning and Development is the goal.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development
- Minimum 2-3 years Training experience, preferably in a software sales environment
- Experience with audio/visual editing software, eLearning tools, and LMS Administration (experience with Lessonly a plus)
- Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, training, and building learning material
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of organizational development practices and consulting skills
- Experience developing business/professional skills and management acumen
- Ability to deliver impactful and effective training via various methods: eLearning, Zoom, and in-person
- Previous experience in executing complex training methodologies
