The team:

The Opportunity:

The Responsibilities
This role requires working directly with the CMO and be the penultimate individual responsible for:
- development and oversight of coordination and management of Global Medical staff and their responsibilities
- development and oversight of OPK and KPI directives and management of Global Medical staff
- overarching management of medical and scientific content generated with Global Medical to maintain a consistent global medical and scientific perspective
- oversight of the management and training by Global Medical for specialist educators and consultants
- overarching management of the Global Medical staff who answer all medically-related inquiries and medical decision-making
Minimum qualifications:
- Medical license and double board-certified in obstetrics & gynecology and reproductive endocrinology & infertility or an earned Ph.D. with either qualification as a High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) or American Board of Bioanalysis Embryology Laboratory Director (ABB-ELD) certification or its equivalent.
- Current or retired Medical Director (MD) of a fertility center; or, currently active or a retired Laboratory Director (Ph.D.) of a large IVF center
- Ten (10) or more years of experience providing operational oversight and management of multiple levels involved with patient care (clinical, surgical or laboratory) within a private or public clinic, center, and/or a hospital environment that delivers fertility & reproductive care services.
- Understand the treatments, diseases and conditions, and lifestyle factors that can impact fertility, reproductive health and pregnancy
- Previous experience in research and interpretation of scientific and clinical literature, as well as, knowledge of research methods and data analysis
- Interest in the regional variations, globally, in the practice and interventions that impact fertility, reproductive endocrinology and reproductive health
- Proven ability to manage and lead a multi-level team of professionals that span a range of medical and scientific fields
- Ability to work independently and have demonstrated strategic planning for large initiatives
- Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment
- Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in multiple countries or environments that demonstrates cultural competency
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, Hindi, German, Japanese, or other)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
