About the Job
We are seeking a curious and self-motivated individual to assist with various entry-level tasks for our growing Product team. This role will involve close collaboration with team members, offering valuable exposure to the entire product development lifecycle.
Product Team Intern Responsibilities:

• Create and Update Product Documentation: Collaborate with the product team to produce or update documentation according to predefined guidelines or specifications, including user guides, release notes, and other technical materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and support, to ensure alignment on branding, feature launches, and customer feedback.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in gathering product data to help identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for technology and product innovation

Additional Information:

• Availability to work 20-28 hours per week
• Availability to work 3-4 days a week
• Internship Length: July - September (with potential to extend into the fall)
• 100% Remote opportunity
