Job Description:
The Vice President Product Management - Enterprise position is a high-impact role responsible for expanding RingCentral’s UCaaS capabilities for enterprise customers.
As PBX customers increasingly shift from on-premise to the cloud, RingCentral needs to ensure that we are meeting the mission-critical telephony workflows of our enterprise customers. RingCentral is seeking a product leader with deep experience in telephony, VOIP, and PBX capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for simplifying administration and deployment of our solutions at large companies.
As VP of Product Management, Enterprise you will be responsible for developing the roadmap and delivering the capabilities that meet the needs of our enterprise customers. By delivering on this roadmap, you will help accelerate the transformation of 400 M on-premise PBX users to the cloud. This is an opportunity to impact the lives of millions of UCaaS end-users in a positive way.
This role will work with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services. You will work with engineering, security, operations, support, marketing, and sales to build and deliver products.
Responsibilities:
Develop vision, product strategy, and priorities for Enterprise customers and core telephony/PBX capabilities
Work closely with Sales to help unblock opportunities in the enterprise segment
Collaborate with product marketing, analyst relations, and PR to communicate our enterprise and telephony capabilities
Collaborate with engineering leadership to deliver value to customers
Build relationships with customer IT executives
Communicate our product vision and strategy to executive leadership and the company
Track and measure the success of each product/feature launched
Qualifications:
10+ years of product management experience delivering successful products at scale
5+ years of experience with UCaaS, Telephony, and PBX products
Experience managing teams of 20+ product managers
Experience working with enterprise customers and corporate IT departments
Strong executive presence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A strong bias for action and results
Technical background or relevant experience
Self-starter with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Agile/Scrum experience
