The Total Rewards team is made up of compensation and benefits professionals working to ensure that our reward programs are attracting, retaining, and equitably rewarding our people. This role will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to all aspects of our compensation programs. The Compensation Program Manager assists in the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation programs and practices that support the attraction, engagement, and retention of Gongsters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including short-term and long-term incentives
  • Analyze and interpret relevant market data, and develop recommendations for the design & review of salary structures, leveling systems, and other comp-related initiatives
  • Partner with HR Operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on systems, data, and processes for all areas of compensation
  • Manage benchmark survey participation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization to address compensation issues (internal equity, promotions)
  • Assist in the development and execution of training and education for people managers and employees in order to enhance knowledge of compensation programs
  • Drive semi-annual pay equity analysis and ensure a constant review of all programs with a D&I lens
  • Project manage quarterly / annual compensation planning process (bonus,promotion and merit); including building worksheets
  • Be a utility player on the Total Rewards team - willing to jump in on any project whether it be compensation, benefits or systems-related!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CCP certification a plus
  • 8+ years compensation experience
  • Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors or similar HCM is a plus
  • Experience in compensation salary planning, incentive programs, market pricing and analytics 
  • Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and overall proficiency in MS Office suite
