Carbon Lighthouse is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help manage and scale our marketing and client service programs. This person will use their knowledge of marketing, project management, martech, and operations to help our fast-growing teams sell energy efficiency services to real estate owners across the U.S. 

The Marketing Project Manager will play a critical role in helping our team to hit its goals and finding the insights that will drive major business decisions. Responsibilities include project-managing marketing campaigns, conducting KPI reporting and analysis, being in charge of the department budget, designing and improving processes, and maintaining the suite of organizational and marketing software tools used by our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project-manage complex marketing campaigns that require coordinating multiple channels in pursuit of strategic goals
  • Provide support and infrastructure to our client service team, including maintaining software tools, so that they can deliver outstanding service to an ever-growing number of customers
  • Report on KPIs, drivers, and trends for the business on a monthly and quarterly basis, performing ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • Maintain and expand our martech stack, and ensure that our Salesforce data is clean, accurate, and generating insights that make a difference for our business
  • Become a subject matter expert on all CX (customer experience) leveraged systems, processes, initiatives, reporting, and dashboards
  • Track and measure the efficiency of our CX programs, and find insights as to how we can improve our operational efficiency
  • Help design and implement processes to support our growing team
  • Automate manual processes and steps to unlock operating efficiencies across the team
  • Participate in company-wide operations projects, programs and initiatives
  • Manage and track costs against our annual budget

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years project management experience in marketing or client service
  • Experience and familiarity with marketing channels - events, partnerships, digital ads, PR, social
  • In-depth experience working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Marketing automation and/or email automation experience (Marketo preferred)
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy, able to quickly understand and use new software tools
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams while also being able to work independently as a self-starter
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders across functions
  • Ability to design solutions that optimize for simplicity, efficiency, and scale
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Client Service or Customer Service experience
  • Agile-Scrum-style planning and project management
  • Understanding of Customer Experience paradigm
  • Experience with Voice-of-the-Customer programs
  • Basic computer programming skills
