As a Design Program Manager, you’ll own the daily operations and operational strategy of the Design team. Your operational excellence will help create a creative, purposeful environment that empowers designers to do their best work. 

You’ll be responsible for developing and applying just the right amount of process and oversight that works for Design and our cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You'll partner with all levels of the organization to build processes and programs that elevate team performance as we scale. You’ll have the opportunity to establish cross-functional best practices, improve communication, remove roadblocks, and keep teams on track, all while growing team culture, industry expertise, and team impact. Your programs will have a material impact on the business and future of Plaid.
