We are looking for a leader and an operational guru to join us towards building out our Delivery Operations team. The team operates at the cross-section of our Coaching, Clinical and Client Success teams in order to ensure continuous load balancing of our Coaching and PT capacity for all our programs. 

The mission of this role is to ensure that Hinge Health applicants get routed to Health Coaches and PTs for their program(s) in a timely manner in order to maximize onboarding rates and overall user satisfaction; this includes managing transitions between programs. The individual in this role will be responsible for scaling the team, establishing operational workflows and working with the product team on introducing automations where necessary. 

Given that, the individual in this role will be a leader within Hinge Health with the opportunity to drive a big impact by building out a line function as well as operating cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operations with a demonstrated ability to build a team and scale a function. We are looking for an individual who can see the “big picture” but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to continuously improve every detail of day to day operations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Capacity planning: Maintain short-term and long-term balance between supply and demand for all Hinge Health programs in order to minimize wait times for our applicants
  • Capacity allocation: Ensure consistency in scaling our Coaching and Clinical teams via appropriate allocation of Coaching and PT resources to users on a day to day basis
  • Workflows: Establish workflows (including QA) and introduce tools to support the rollout of new programs and overall scaling of the team
  • Team: Build, develop and manage a high performing Delivery Operations team

  • Systems thinker: Highly analytical, able to break down a problem. Builds robust models / frameworks aimed at solving problems
  • Project Management: Able to manage multiple projects at once from discovery phase to execution within prescribed timelines, ensuring all success criteria are met
  • Prioritization: Able to manage and execute on projects within prescribed timelines in an environment with competing demands
  • Resilient & adaptable: Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter
  • Leadership: Effectively guides, motivates, and empowers their team

BONUS POINTS

  • Product experience or experience working cross-functionally with Product teams
  • Consulting or investment banking experience, or an MBA degree
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry
