Verkada’s Product team manages the planning, development, and launch of transformative products for the enterprise physical security market. Our Product team is responsible for the development and end-to-end success of products that provide safety and security for people and assets in organizations ranging from schools to retail to healthcare and beyond.
We’re looking for a smart and motivated Executive Assistant to support our VP of Product and the broader Product Management team. The ideal candidate is focused and detail-oriented, proactively making sure that all bases are covered. They will be highly organized and professional, resourceful, efficient, flexible and will thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Keep the trains running: Organize and coordinate schedules, travel, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate schedules and travel for VP of Product and coordinate schedules with other executives.
- Own and manage the budget for the team.
- Make it fun: Help make Verkada a great place to work, and celebrate our teams’ success.
- Coordinate team-building and planning offsite events for the Product Team.
- Lead planning and events for product launches, the Verkada Parents Community, and other company-wide events.
- Help us scale:
- Manage key programs, like our customer satisfaction survey, quarterly planning meetings, and internal patent program
- Manage cross-functional launch calendars and product documentation
- Onboard new product team hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong work ethic -- a willingness to go above and beyond
- Exec Admin or event planning experience
- Experience with GSuite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible work schedule on-site
