Job Description
About this role:
We are looking for an exceptional advertising and communications professional to support the execution of our global brand media campaigns to drive market awareness and consideration for ServiceNow, specifically:
• Manage complex, global, cross-channel media campaigns that delivers on business goals and KPIs
• Manage brand awareness campaign(s) set-up from building and generating tracking IDs, understand user journeys, creative and audience mapping to tactics and channels, and proper tagging based on the specific KPIs and measurement framework for campaign effectiveness and performance.
• Partner with operation teams (internal and external) to ensure flawless launch across programmatic, direct, social, and strategic media partners
• Project management of custom content with key media content partners and agency(ies) of record, from kick-off, execution, launch, and post-campaign reporting
• Develop and refine global cross-functional processes, ensure project timelines are met, and manage team assets, files and provide regular project status updates
• Collaborate with internal channels to amplify thought-leadership content in corporate channels. Gather data on performance metrics.
• Partner with internal digital team to ensure campaigns are impacting full-funnel goals and moving customers through their buying journey.
• Maintain a regular cadence of media partner executive summaries to share out with internal teams.
• Assist with budget tracking and budget management
What you'll deliver:
• Work with media agency of record and media partners to execute go-to-market content, assets, and media strategies that positions ServiceNow as a strategic partner
• Manage media campaign set up and tracking with agency, vendors, and internal operations teams while continually improving and refining campaign launch, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and translate it into insights, present findings and recommendations to business partners.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate has:
• Proven ability in executing media programs to increase awareness of tech brands
• Experience in brand media strategy, inclusive of executing channel programs in key brand media channels such as display, social, programmatic, digital video (OTT, CTV, OLV etc.), content programs, linear TV, OOH, experiential, etc.
• You have worked hands-on with media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Marketing Platform products (SA360, DV360, etc), Facebook/Instagram
• You have experience in branded/sponsored content with leading media brands such as Forbes, WSJ, and The Atlantic
• You have mastered standard media metrics and KPIs used to measure digital campaigns.
• You have an understanding of ad operations, media reporting processes, and QA, including implementation of media platform pixels, IAS, and UTMs.
• Understanding of ad technology ecosystem and concepts such as ad serving, bidding platforms, ad fraud and viewability, DSPs and SSPs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders, can roll up the sleeves and get stuff done; is an action-oriented and results-driven contributor.
• Anticipate program needs, define scope, identify gaps, assign roles and responsibilities, develop and drive timelines and effectively communicate ideas
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, maintaining high productivity level.
• Ability to work with multiple data sets and translate it into insightful recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a changing environment and build world-class capabilities, develop new rigor and processes, and deliver measurable outcomes as ServiceNow rapidly grows and scales.
• Comfortable interfacing across all levels of the organization and across varied teams/stakeholders.
Desired Experience
• 5+ years proven success with managing brand and cross-channel media campaigns, (offline and online channels) and reporting on campaign performance KPIs and metrics.
• Knowledge of how sales funnel works from brand to generate demand and how brand campaigns can impact bottom line.
• Ability to gain alignment across stake-holders with conflicting goals and/or priorities and drive the project forward to timely and successful completion.
• Must have proven advertising/media domain knowledge and project management expertise
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever changing environment.
• Previous experience in B2B technology marketing highly desired
• Agency experience desirable

Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
