About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Launch Manager to join our Operations team based in Palo Alto. As a Launch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful planning, execution, and launch of new territories for Wing across the globe. You will need to coordinate numerous efforts across teams both internally and externally, and have a high comfort with both project/program management and communication. The ideal candidate will be a generalist, capable of working well with both technical and non-technical teams in order to ensure smooth, timely, and impactful launches. A successful candidate will need to lead with influence across the company while working directly with operations leadership. Finally, this role will require long travel rotations in the field as they lead launches from the ground.

- Plan and manage complicated projects with numerous dependencies
- Move to new markets and lead the launches from the field
- Collaborate well with teams across the organization
- Balance many efforts; juggle multiple internal clients and commitments
- Use project management tools and best practices
- Potential to manage a small number of direct reports in the future
What You’ll Need:
- Willingness to travel: this role will be 50%+ travel
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years work experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Superior time management and work discipline skills
- Experience in project and/or program management
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
