Localization Project Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Localization Project Manager to help us achieve this goal. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, be an expert in working cross-functionally, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
- Independently drive localization projects from inception to delivery, while effectively managing priorities and proactively communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally to identify localization needs, requirements, and blockers and closely collaborate on addressing these
- Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize localization processes and workflows
- Evangelize best practices and internationalization across the company
- Manage integrations between our TMS and other internal and external systems
- Review, prioritize, track, and resolve localization issues
- Work closely with our vendors on a timely delivery of projects and optimization of workflows
- Partner with our internal team of Language Managers
What you have:
- 5+ years of experience working as a localization project manager, localization program manager, or localization vendor manager
- Working knowledge of industry standard localization tools
- Experience working with localization and language services vendors
- Familiarity with localization of different file formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A detail-oriented and independent working style
- Smartling experience a plus
- Fluency in Chinese a plus
