Wish has a great opportunity for Logistics Channel Development Manager to help support Logistics Operations. What you'll do:

  • Responsible for carrier and channel selection and monitoring the performance.
  • Run SWOT analysis, find out needs per country, run RFP based on it and provide recommendation and execute to improve.
  • Have frequent sync with international logistics providers and national posts.
  • Run root cause analysis and propose ways to triage and execute.
  • Coordinate with counterparts in China, Europe and possibly other geo locations.
  • Project manage implementing and testing carriers and specific channels.
  • Develop new process to fine tune existing ones.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product team on advertise improvements made in logistics.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
  •  2~4 years experience in logistics or procurement.
  • Must have excellent Excel skills (pivot, vLookup, if statement).
  • Ability to Travel 10~30% internationally

Nice to Have's:

  • Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese.
  • Retail/E-commerce industry experience is a plus.
  • Work experience in a hyper growth environment.
  • Previous analysis and experience in writing SQL queries.
