To support our growth, we are hiring for a tenacious and entrepreneurial Onboarding Specialist to join us on this amazing journey. People are the most important asset in any company and at Hinge Health we pride ourselves on the amazing team we’ve built thus far. As a key member of the People team, you will play an important role in providing candidates and employees with a seamless transition into the company through an exceptional onboarding experience.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Data Integrity: Ensure that all of our offer letters are sent without any error and new hire information is input into relevant HR accounts with 100% accuracy.
  • Communication & Coordination: Partner with our talent team, hiring managers, and IT team to maintain a seamless onboarding process for each new hire.
  • Employee Experience: Provide support to all of our new hires with questions regarding payroll, benefits, and existing company policies.
  • Compliance: Send out and audit background checks, drug screens and I-9 completion for all new hires.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Trust: You are able to act in an ethical manner and maintain highly confidential and proprietary information. 
  • Effective Communication: You are able to communicate effectively with business partners and Hinge Health employees.
  • Project Management: You have the discipline to organize and prioritize projects, especially pertaining to on-boarding.
  • Problem-Solver: You are able to apply critical thinking skills and exercise sound judgement in making decisions for your role.
  • Attention to Detail at every step of the on-boarding process 
  • HRIS Systems (Bonus): Understanding of HRIS systems design, HR reporting, workflow and auditing requirements.
