Molekule is looking for an Contract Operation Program Manager to join our growing team. Operations at Molekule is responsible for developing and manufacturing our line of air purification products.

As an Operations Program Manager, you will work closely with team members to define project plan, drive cross-functional development, mitigate technical and business risk, enable clear communication, foster business relationships, and ultimately lead and enable a team to deliver a world-class product ready for introduction into the consumer space.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Operations program activities from point of concept to launch
• Managing the development and implementation of procurement initiatives. Interfacing with cross functional teams to support new product development strategies, optimizing material selection to drive best cost, predictable availability, DFX and quality.
• Interface with suppliers, contract manufactures, and internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution and support all business goals and objectives.
• Develop and evaluate capacity plans, capital expenditures, and personnel requirements for all global new product launches.
• Represent operations with the product core teams while influencing DFX, supply chain, quality, cost and mitigation strategies
• Create clear communication of current status, overall goals, identified risks and facilitate cross collaboration within Operations and cross functional teams

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of program management
• BA/BS degree in engineering, business or a related field
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Experience in managing consumer products
• Experience managing a cross-functional team to ship products
• Highly organized and capable of managing several work streams with local and remote team members
• Excellent communication skills and clear writing
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with several working models (OEM, ODM, JDM, CM)
• Experience with all stages of product development, from PRD definition to Mass Production Ramp-Up.
