Program Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
You'll join our People team reporting to the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and oversee important DEI programs aimed at creating a more equitable and inclusive work experience for all Rollers. You will partner with the people team and broader company partners to create lasting systemic changes.

The impact you’ll make:
- Support (8) Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by ensuring they are in consideration of NextRoll's strategic goals.
- Conceptualize and lead NextRoll's DEI Training series targeting all levels of a learner's journey working in partnership with external DEI training partners.
- Manage the DEI Core Committee by leading 6 month cohorts of members across the organization.
- Administer and analyze our annual Inclusion Survey (Culture Amp) and the Women in the Workplace study.
- Partner with the Head of DEI to set new quarterly Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals, along with tracking progress along the way.
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, organizational development, non-profits, or business-related field.
- 5+ years work experience (D&I, HR, OD, L&D, Consulting, Non-Profit) including 2+ years of building programs across Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
- Expert project management skills as you will manage projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Experience working cross-collaboratively with Sr. Leaders, People team, and employees across the organization.
- Experience analyzing and drawing insights from survey data.
