The Brand Protection team is responsible for maintaining Wish’s strict policy against Intellectual Property violations. We’re looking for a Project Manager who will act as a liaison between the brand protection team and other internal stakeholders such as product management and engineering teams. The project manager will engage with a mix of cross-disciplinary departments within the organization designing and delivering projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering thoughtful solutions to complex problems and is not afraid of diving deep into the evolving e-commerce sector.

Job Description

What you'll do:

• Plan, initiate, manage, and report major projects including new tools and enhancements, system bugs, and general team operations
• Develop a solid understanding of our business, brand protection operations, and technical dependencies
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders including: Brand Protection, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to gather requirements and create clear technical specifications
• Manage team priorities, maintain team project boards, and track project performance 
• Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.
• Learn, utilize, and multitask across a variety of tools to complete daily tasks

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Strong verbal and written communication plus presentation skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years of work experience. Previous experience in product, operations, or brand protection preferred.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation creation tools
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Creative, analytical and passionate about our company’s mission
• Ability to demonstrate and make data driven decisions
• Ability to cross engage with technical and business teams effectively managing expectations
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable technical solutions

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working in eCommerce
• Experience working in a startup
• General knowledge of Brand Protection and/or Intellectual Property rights and protections
