We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative resourceful Senior Leadership Development Program Manager to support our rapidly thriving organization. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in managing multiple programs to support the ongoing development of employees across different locations and teams. This will include onboarding large classes and supporting hiring managers in their first 90 days, deploying and supervising compliance training, developing core professional skills training and resources, and building targeted programs for key roles or team needs. We are a hyper-growth, continuously evolving organization - meaning flexibility and comfort with leading a team through change is crucial to success.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working cross-functionally and leading a small team of coaches to consistently deliver and continuously evolve the Better leadership development programs, content and experience. This includes new manager onboarding, tactical basics, leadership foundations, and sophisticated topics.
  • Using data and relationships to continuously assess and prioritize professional development needs across teams, propose solutions, gain consensus, and coordinate ongoing core skills programming.
  • Partnering within the People team and cross-functionally to ensure all people managers/leaders are trained on existing or new internal policies, processes, systems, etc in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the design and pilot process for potential new learning programs; Determine resource needs (internal and external) for programs that are approved to move forward.
  • Managing scheduling, communication, execution, tracking, and reporting of compliance training and learning programs. Facilitating and leading programs both as part of regular schedule and jumping in as needed for coverage.
  • Establishing standards and practices to measure and report development program effectiveness and impact, recommend enhancements, and lead updates.
  • Inspiring, motivating, and leading the performance and growth of a team of specialists and program leads.

Bonus points for:

  • Using technology to drive automation, personalization, and evaluation of programs - including Learning Management Systems, assessment platforms, and content tools.
  • Maintaining a network of high quality content, delivery, and coaching service providers/partners to support scale and speed.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in learning and development - including a range of building, managing, and facilitating programs.
  • You stay knowledgeable about adult learning, management and leadership development, program management, facilitation, basic content and instructional design, and evaluation.
  • You have directly managed the performance and development of a team.
  • You build strong cross-functional partnerships and trust with partners through communication, reliability, and listening before offering helpful suggestions.
  • You are able to supervise multiple programs, while keeping an eye on the details - quality matters to you as much as speed and execution.
  • You believe that learning should be time well spent and its impact can be measured.
