Senior Program Manager, Learning and Development
OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to be the primary owner and driver for multiple Learning & Development (L&D) programs for our employees. This will require you to collaborate with the People Programs and HR teams and cross-functional partners to launch these initiatives. You will need to organize effectively, communicate clearly, think creatively, challenge convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. It will require you to roll up your sleeves and dig in. While direct prior experience is always valued, you are fundamentally a problem solver and enjoy finding and applying the right solution for the situation at hand.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
Program Design
- Design and develop engaging, creative, and impactful in-person, blended, and online learning experiences to improve individual and organizational performance and development
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align global development and training principles
- Create resource centers and LMS pathways to house L&D materials, guides, and playbooks
- Stay on top of new topics or products that may impact training topics; work with subject-matter experts to scope the impact on learning and training initiatives
Program Delivery
- Partner with cross-functional leaders and external parties to deliver world-class employee development programs for all levels of the business
- Ensure all components of a curriculum are complete, deployed and managed appropriately
- Facilitate sessions as needed (ex. manager training, performance management, leadership development, unconscious bias)
- May do some instructional design work
Program Analytics
- Own and develop program and project reporting and administration, resource management, stakeholder management, project budgeting, planning, and communications
- Analyze and present program metrics to identify opportunities for process, knowledge and communication improvements
- Ensure the usability and accuracy quality of modules and course designs, as well as how they fit together in the wider training platform
ABOUT YOU:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Organizational Development, Learning and/or Consulting
- Experience designing and building a scalable L&D program across multiple business vertical and geographic locations
- Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques, including training methods, tools/systems, virtual/e-learning, curriculum development, training delivery and metrics/reporting
- Passion for curriculum design, training delivery, program administration, implementation, and driving momentum with communications
- Experience working with multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong relationship building skills and can expertly navigate stakeholder discussions
- Communication and presentation skills with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Masters degree in Organizational Development
- Knowledge of design thinking strategies, instructional design, resource creation, and communications for optimal adoption
- Strong consultative, relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills
- Effective at quickly establishing credibility with others
