We’re looking for a Site Merchandise Coordinator to help our customers find the product they are looking for with a seamless experience. This is a highly cross-functional role, with close relationships to our design, planning, marketing, and engineering teams. In this role, you will be an expert on our product assortment and obsess over the customer experience. You will know every unique selling point of our products and make sure they are visible and clear to the customer.

THE JOB

  • Maximize the placement of products and digital assets to drive sales, margin, and traffic
  • Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to customer experience, navigation, product page content
  • Work cross-functionally to launch new products and site stories to ensure the customer experience is clear and drives conversion
  • Manage and optimize internal search function
  • Work closely with the photography team to ensure all assets are delivered in a timely manner and represent the product effectively
  • Resolve complex back-end and customer-facing content issues related to site assets and navigation and item data
  • Create POs for the merchandise planning team to complete during pre-season planning
  • Maintain on-order list and update with changes from vendors
  • Manage samples for merchandise planning team and rank product wall each week
  • Manage 3PL product catalog list updating with new SKUs each season

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years experience in eCommerce merchandising, marketing, or operations
  • Deep commitment to detail and quality execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and enjoys creating order from chaos
  • Experience in Shopify or similar eCommerce platform is a bonus
  • Incredible communication skills 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excel and Google sheets proficiency
