About this role

We’re seeking an Integrations Manager who is excited to help developers build solutions that benefit thousands of small business owners on Faire. This impactful role will enable brands to connect Faire to the tools and software they use to run their business. You’ll play a key role in advising brands, developers, and partners on how to make the most of a Faire integration. You will represent the voice of external developers internally and bring their feedback into our future product offerings.

What you’ll do 

• Build and grow the Faire developer community
• Advise and educate developers on Faire’s developer platform, share developer updates, and offer technical solutions and feedback to API questions and integration design
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of successful integrations
• Provide pre-sale guidance to brands and educate/bring awareness to the integration solutions available internally and externally
• Work with developers and partners to drive new brand acquisition
• Author and edit API documentation. Create your own samples and best practices to share with the Faire developer community
• Identify product gaps and opportunities to better serve our developers and represent the the voice of external developers internally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Developer Advocacy, Product Management and/or Technical Consulting
• Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to clients and non-technical partners 
• Process and systems-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills to manage customer engagements and internal resources
• Experience developing and managing partnerships with third-party companies
• Technical background working with complex data in a relational database or exchange integrations using technologies such REST APIs, FTP, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity working with ERP, PLM, POS, SaaS technologies and/or an e-commerce platform
