Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for the Business Systems team who enjoys crafting, building, and driving initiatives that impact and provide value to multiple departments at Meraki.
The Business Systems team is a horizontal function that spans across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations. This group enables process improvisation and automation to improve efficiency, simplify business processes and improve the effectiveness of Meraki as a whole.
What you’ll do
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, using strong leadership, planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- You'll solve technical problems by setting clear goals and inspiring teams to deliver.
- Present business & technology options, backed by data & experimentation, to decision-makers.
- Build roadmaps, release plans, project plans with a detailed understanding of dependency management.
Who you are
- You have experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints, in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- You'll be both strategic and tactical and is expected to do what it takes to successfully deliver key programs that have a material impact on the business.
- You have worked on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and implementation of subscription-based offers on CPQ systems and understand the concepts of dynamic pricing models.
- You are an excellent communicator and can effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to all organizational levels.
- You are a creative critical thinker with experience in making implementation trade-offs with stakeholders and/or developers.
Bonus points for any of the below
- Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM tool.
- Experience with Jira or any other issue/project tracking tool.
