Product implementation team is working cross functioning between, product, engineer, operation and vendors to ensure zoom phone features get released on time and implemented properly. The Telco Technical Project Manager will be overseeing all telco related projects, which includes communicating across functions such as products, carriers and operation team, understanding the milestone and overall goal in roadmap, plan and scope out the process and closely trace them and monitor the risks.

Responsibilities:

• Support, coordinate, and execute strategic project work across the Teams

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally

• Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured

• Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points

• Networking knowledge and good understanding of network requirements for a VoIP deployment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with carriers is preferred (Inteliquçent, Bandwidth, Bics, etc.)

• Operation experience in SAAS company is preferred

• SIP, VOIP and networking knowledges

• Flexibility and ability to work after hours

• BS/MS degree in a related field
