Responsibilities
- Be the first impression for Unity’s guests, clients, vendors, employees and manage the reception desk
- Work closely with the Workplace Coordinator to order access cards and coordinate parking for new and existing employees
- Ensure security protocols for visitors, candidates, and employees; enforce site-specific security and access controls
- Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders
- Coordinate the lunch service program with the Workplace Coordinator
- Be the main point of contact for water delivery and snack services for reception and guest facing areas
- Become the resident expert of everything WE locally and globally
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills; You are a proactive team player and a self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Advanced attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent problem solving abilities, displaying accuracy, flexibility, and reliability on all tasks assigned
- Experience in the hospitality and customer service industry is a plus
- Hands on experience with Mac and Windows including experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar

- Experience working at a startup or a fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities
