Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Manage FBA, B2B accounts and expand new channel for Corsair refurbished products
  • Develop a cohesive Marketplace and B2B strategy within North America
  • Drive processes and scope resources needed to support Marketplace and B2B activities within the organization
  • Work with internal team to resolve any account/review escalations
  • Work with account to optimize growth and channel diversity
  • Inventory control, sku selection, forecast, sales out, price competitive management
  • Communicate account sales updates and support needed internally
  • Identify and develop action plan on competitive threats
  • Maintain processional internal and external relationship that meet Corsair’s values

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Min. of 5-10 years of experience with account management strongly preferred
  • Experience with Marketplace strongly preferred
  • Analytical and data manipulation skills, strong excel skillset is a must
  • Experience with project management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, ability to demonstrate attention to details with great accuracy
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, problem solver, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of gaming industry dynamics and key players
  • Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate
  • Time management and independent prioritization will be essential
